Last updated 5 September 2026. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. The short version: this is trading software, it can lose money, you keep control of your account, and we do not promise a result.
What you are agreeing to
By using this site or connecting an account, you agree to what is written here. If you do not, do not connect an account; the reading side of the site stays open to you either way.
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to trade derivatives where you live. We do not verify this and cannot advise you on it.

What the software does and what it does not promise
Vesper places and cancels orders on a perpetual futures venue from your own account, according to the mode you selected. The screener ranks funding routes. The Arcus board republishes public venue statistics alongside our own measurements.
Nothing here is a promise of profit. Market making can lose money, and does; our own published articles describe how and why in detail. Past measurements, backtests and any number anywhere on this site describe what happened, not what will happen.

Your account, your keys, your risk
You keep the exchange account. You create the key, you choose its permissions, and you can revoke it without asking us. We never hold funds and cannot withdraw them.
Because of that, the risks that remain are yours: market losses, liquidation, the venue's own outages and rules, and anything you approve. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials safe. Never give anyone a wallet private key or seed phrase, including anyone claiming to be us. No part of this product ever needs one.

When things break
This is software connected to third-party venues over the internet. It will sometimes be unavailable, a venue will sometimes reject or delay orders, and data will sometimes be wrong or late. We work to reduce that and we publish what we measure, but we do not guarantee uptime, execution, or that any number shown is correct at the instant you read it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the product, and we may end access for anyone abusing it or breaking these terms. Where we can give notice, we will.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the period concerned. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damage.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data or sessions, interfere with the service, scrape it in ways that degrade it for others, or use it for anything unlawful where you are.
The site's text, measurements and graphics are ours. You are welcome to quote and link to them; a citation is appreciated. Republishing them wholesale as your own is not.

Questions
Does SypherScore guarantee profit?
No, and any service that does is lying. Market making can lose money; our own articles explain the mechanisms in detail. Every number on this site describes something that already happened.
Is this financial advice?
No. We do not know your circumstances and are not advising you. What we publish is what we measured on our own trading.
Who carries the risk?
You do. The account is yours, the key is yours, and market, liquidation and venue risks stay with you. We never hold your funds and cannot withdraw them.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Stop the session in the product, and revoke the key at your exchange. The second step does not require our cooperation and takes effect immediately.
What if the service goes down while I have a position open?
Orders already placed live at the exchange, not on our servers, so they stay as they were. You can manage or close the position directly at the venue with your own credentials at any time, with or without us.
