Two venues. One paired session.
Vesper Delta-neutral coordinates an Arcus maker leg with a RH-Lighter hedge leg. This guide shows what to select, what to check before signing and how to distinguish a verified pair from incomplete execution.
Arcus
RH-LighterChoose the pair, not a strategy tile
Open Vesper Connect and select Delta-neutral · Arcus + RH-Lighter. This is a separate product chosen at connection, not a Lighter option inside the Arcus strategy list. It is different from Perpl × Lighter and Arcus × RISEx.
The Arcus side makes the entry; RH-Lighter supplies the offsetting hedge. An intended hedge is not yet a verified neutral position. Fills, hedge delays, basis changes and liquidation can still cause losses.

Check access and both connections
Connect the wallet that will own the paired session. If the interface says Delta-neutral is not open for this wallet yet, stop here: the public guide does not grant eligibility.
Follow the two connection cards for Arcus and RH-Lighter, using the trade-only credentials requested by the current interface. Both credentials must belong to the wallet signing the mandate. Review every wallet request; never send API secrets, private keys, seed phrases or MFA codes to chat. A connection is not Start.

Choose a market the pair can actually use
Open Strategy & settings, then Pair mandate → Market. Choose an enabled market after its availability and limits have loaded. Venue listings alone do not confirm support by this pair.
A market busy in another Vesper workflow, unreadable limits or incomplete account checks can block selection or saving. Do not bypass the guard or launch a second product on the same market to work around it.

Read margin, leverage and exact hold time together
Margin per venue is the allocation on each leg, not one total shared across the pair. Inspect both balances and the available limits before choosing a value. Leverage increases exposure; allocation is not a guaranteed maximum loss.
Set Leverage and Exact hold time → Minutes deliberately. The current interface checks the market and hold against venue limits and may lower a requested leverage to the allowed value. Read the final saved summary, not an old screenshot. Holding time is an execution setting, not a guaranteed settlement deadline.

Save, review, then sign Start
Press Save settings and wait for confirmation. Return to the cabinet and check the market, hold, margin, leverage and Arcus + RH-Lighter pair summary. Saving and connecting do not start trading.
Press Start Vesper only when you intend to run the saved mandate. Read the wallet request and sign with the same owner. Starting, checking or waiting is not proof that both legs filled. Do not increase exposure merely because the pair has not entered yet.

Read the pair rather than one leg
The paired cabinet distinguishes opening, holding, exiting, checking, unknown and guarded states. Unknown means the pair cannot currently be confirmed, not that it has stopped. An Arcus-only result is not the realised result of the whole pair.
Use the current session’s completed paired-trade evidence for a paired result. Keep open legs and residual exposure separate from closed rounds. If verification is unavailable or a guard is holding the pair, inspect the displayed reason and both venue accounts; do not invent zeros for missing data.

Stop both legs and verify the outcome
Use the owner-signed Stop Vesper for this paired session. An accepted request or STOPPING state is not final cleanup. Confirm that both relevant positions are flat and the bot’s orders are gone on both Arcus and RH-Lighter.
Do not assume closing a tab, disconnecting a wallet or revoking a key closes positions. Normally verify cleanup before replacing credentials; a shared Arcus key can also affect other Arcus workflows. If a key is compromised, use the venues’ own controls and support promptly.

Questions
Is this the Perpl × Lighter guide?
No. This product pairs Arcus with RH-Lighter and is selected as Delta-neutral on Connect.
Is delta-neutral risk-free?
No. An incomplete hedge, basis movement, margin, liquidation and venue or execution failures can create losses.
Does disconnecting stop the pair?
No. Use the signed Stop and verify flat positions and no bot orders on both venues.
