Vesper · Perpl Market-Making Guide

Quote both sides.
Earn the spread.

Vesper places limit orders on both sides of the Perpl book, captures the spread, and farms volume & points for you. It runs server-side, around the clock. You connect a wallet, paste a restricted API key and press Start.

Five-minute setup · non-custodial · the key trades, never withdraws

Before you start

Three things you need

01

An EVM wallet. MetaMask, Rabby or Rainbow. It signs two free messages; your private key is never requested and never leaves the wallet.

02

A Perpl account created through our invite link. Bot access is referral-gated: accounts created outside the link won't connect.

03

A deposit on Perpl. $25–50+ recommended; below ~$10 of margin the bot has nothing to quote with.

1Perpl account

Create your account through the invite link

Open app.perpl.xyz/trade?ref=jGh4C1kNRTWConnect Wallet → sign in. The invite code applies automatically; if Perpl asks for it, enter jGh4C1kNRTW.

Then fund the account with Perpl's Deposit button (Monad network).

An account created outside the link won't see the bot. Make the account via the link and give the referral list ~5 minutes to refresh.

2API key

Generate a restricted trading key

Go to app.perpl.xyz/apikeys and create a new key with the Trade scope enabled (Read comes included; Trade is required). Pick no expiry if offered.

Copy both strings immediately: the API-Key token (AbC123…) and the Secret (0x… 64 hex).

The secret is shown exactly once. If you missed it, delete the key and create a new one.

3Connect

Hand the key to Vesper

Open sypherscore.com/vesper/connect, switch the venue to Perpl, and connect the same wallet you used on Perpl. Paste the API-Key token and the secret into their fields, hit save, and sign the message. Free, no gas.

API key is on file - Vesper is ready to trade for you. That line means you're connected. The key is stored encrypted and can be forgotten in one click.
4Launch

Pick a mode, set the size, press Start

Min cost (the default) quotes a moderate spread with inventory skew. It has the lowest cost per dollar of volume, calibrated on live data. Volume quotes tighter and turns inventory over aggressively, for the most volume per hour at a slightly higher cost.

Set margin ($20–50 is a good start), leverage (up to in beta), keep the stop-loss on, and press Start. The bot begins quoting within seconds.

Stopping

Stop and Forget

Stop cancels all orders, closes the position and halts the session. It's wallet-signed; only you can do it.

Forget removes your API key from our servers. You can also revoke it any time on Perpl's own API settings page.
